In order to hold on to a new customer, you need to be able to execute the operational plan including customer service, and on time delivery.  In fact, the delivery of your services within a time frame is a prime key to success.

Oscar Suarez has been an MLBPA certified agent since 1988. Worked in the insurance world as an accountant and auditor for approximately 14 years. Seminar Leader with the Institute of Internal Auditors for close to 10 years. Has financed the purchase of several independent ballclubs along with his son who played pro ball for about 11 years and managed for 3 years. Managed an independent club, the San Rafael Pacifics and led the club to a championship. Helped in the recruitment of players for WBC teams from Mexico and Spain.
Oscar has worked in the USA and foreign baseball markets, Mexico, Venezuela, PR, DR, Italy, Japan, Korea and Taiwan and negotiated numerous contracts for his players which have included the likes of Armando Reynoso, Joakim Soria, Leo García, Francisco Cordova, Elmer Dessens, Ed Vosberg, Juan Castro, Dennys Reyes, Jolbert Cabrera, Ricardo Rincón and Balvino Gálvez, a top star in Japan, amongst others. He has also helped several management personnel with their contractual needs; amongst them are Al Pedrique, Tim Johnson and his son Gabriel Suarez. 
Oscar has a Bachelors degree from Florida Atlantic University and a Masters degree from the University of Denver, both with majors in Accounting. Certified Internal Auditor and Certified Management Accountant.
 Born in Havana, Cuba and spent his youth years in Puerto Rico before commencing his college studies in the USA. He heads Suarez & Associates, LLC, based in Phoenix AZ and is fluent in Spanish.
