The common trait of an entrepreneur is that we like to hear ourselves talk, and are not always great listeners.  Also, most of the time I find we rely on what we know to make decisions but do not heed the advice of others with great experience. 

Mario Amodeo worked in the San Diego biotech industry for over 12 years, after graduating from U. Buffalo
(biochemistry). Mario began teaching chess to groups and individuals in 1997 part-time while working full-time in biotech.
Mario has been focusing exclusively on full-time chess coaching since 2013, helping children and adults develop chess understanding, and how this understanding can be useful in life. Mario has been married since 2009 and became a first time father in 2016.
